Our Vision

Grand Monarch started with a dream of providing the highest level of luxury living for the discerning guest. In doing that, we chose a location in the heart of Tri-Cities, choosing a location that is easily accessible to all major thorougways, shopping and business centers. You ... that's what it's all about!

With humble beginnings, demolishing an abandoned retail building, and instead replacing the lot with a a ground-up new construction throughout 2019 and 2020, we turned what used to be an eyesore in Johnson City to what is now the premier luxury housing facility in the area, offering unparalleled finishes, unmatched service, and a great location for you! We picked a location next to the nearly billion dollars of renovations just two blocks away, adding Grand Monarch to the new vision for Johnson City as a cutting edge locality to work, live and play.
